Devices
Device's page allows to manage device name, modules and reserve groups.
Attention! This page is accessible for Users with superadmin privileges. For machines of BWS series it is highly recommended to use default settings for this section.
To access Device's page, select Configuration → Devices.
The list of connected devices is shown at left (Devices).
For selection, tap on the cart. Selected device cart will be highlighted in red.
Device editor is displayed on the right side of the page.
There are 3 sub-menus available for the selected device: Device, Modules, Groups.
Device Tab
This tab allows to setup device name.
Update device name
For update, enter new name in the Name field and click Update.
It is possible to reset changes by selecting Reset Changes. Reset is possible until entered information is saved.
Device deletion
It is possible to delete device from the system by selecting Delete. Dialog window will appear, select Yes to confirm.
Attention! Device deletion will lead to data loss and may influence on machine operation. Do not use this option on your own, please always consult with the vendor.
Modules Tab
This tab allows to create, edit and delete device modules. It also allows to move the selected module for 1 position.
Module creation
To create a new module, click the + (Add) button.
A form will open. Fill in form fields and click Create.
Position, Capacity and Type fields are mandatory.
Position field should consist only of integers separated by a colon.
Group filed allows to select a group of products for the current module.
Module editing
To edit module, click the three-dot icon. In the opened menu select Edit.
A form opens. Edit the required fields and click Update.
It is possible to reset changes by selecting Reset Changes. Reset is possible until entered information is saved.
Module deletion
To delete module, click the three-dot icon and select Delete.
Dialog window will appear, select Yes to confirm.
Vend module
It is possible to force selected module to move by clicking the Vend button.
Dialog window will appear, select Vend to confirm.
Groups Tab
This tab allows to create, edit and delete reserve groups.
Reserve groups are used for more convenient stock loading. When managing device modules, each module can be configured to sell specific group of products. In the Stock menu, during the stock loading, administrator setup a product and its quantity for each reserve group.
Group creation
To create a group, click the + (Add) button.
In the opened form, enter the name of a new group and click Create.
Group editing
To edit group, click the three-dot icon. In the opened menu select Edit.
In the opened form, enter new name and click Update.

Group deletion
To delete group, click the three-dot icon and select Delete.
Dialog window will appear, select Yes to confirm.
Group's priority
Priority defines the order in which reserve groups are displayed when loading the stock.
To change group priority, simply drag the selected group to the desired position in the list.
