Intro

Cloud is available on https://cloud.avg.com.ua

Cloud provides data synchronization between server and vending machines.

The following data is synchronized:

1. From Cloud to vending machine:

   • Languages
   • Translations
   • Products
   • Tags
   • Media

2. From vending machine to Cloud:

   • Sales
   • Transactions
   • Device State

Sales, Transactions, Languages, Translations, Device State will be automatically synchronized after device is connected.

To synchronize Products and Media, they must be added to a Group, and the Group must be linked to the connected device.

Note: Synchronization occurs once per time period (which is specified in the vending machine's configuration panel). Big media files may need more time to be synchronized (up to several minutes). Most video files will be re-encoded on the server before synchronization, this also may take additional time.
